Three-time Eclipse Award winning jockey Ramon Dominguez has begun brain injury rehabilitation. The 36-year-old jockey suffered a fractured skull in a spill at Aqueduct on Jan. 18 and is undergoing treatment at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY.
