White Plains man accused of $12,000+ shoplifting spree at Macy's

A city man was arrested Tuesday evening when police said he stuffed more than $12,000 worth of jewelry into his pockets, hid a pair of sunglasses under his hat and tried to walk out of Macy's without paying.
