[UPDATE] Homeless Man Charged with Pushing White Plains Woman onto Train Tracks

Metro-North officials said Howard J. Mickens, 39,was charged with second-degree attempted homicide for pushing a 21-year-old woman onto the tracks of the White Plains Metro-North station Wednesday morning.
