Greenburgh detectives, in conjunction with the Town of Greenburgh Building Department, arrested three Flushing women n Saturday, Oct. 26, acting on information that unlicensed masseuses were practicing at the Crystal Spa located at 332 Tarrytown Road in White Plains.
