Female parochial school teacher charged with rape for having sex with boy

WHITE PLAINS A Moss Landing, California woman, who was a teacher at the Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, has been charged with two counts of felony second-degree rape for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy who was a student at the school.
