Police: Driver, Passenger Share Order of Protection, Drug Charges

State police on the Sprain Brook Parkway pulled over a woman driving a red Lincoln in Mount Pleasant at about 2 a.m. Feb. 2. Police said that while talking to the driver, a 28-year-old White Plains woman, the trooper observed marijuana in plain view.
