Newburgh Man Convicted in White Plains Identity Theft Cases

Justin Sutton, 26, of Newburgh was convicted this week of several counts of fraud, identity theft and grand larceny in connection with the theft of about $9,000 worth of merchandise from stores in White Plains and Westchester County, according to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore.
