Flooding Results In Numerous Westchester Morning Road Closures

UPDATED 10:45 a.m. The 4 inches of rainfall recorded in White Plains at 7 a.m. Thursday have taken their toll on several Westchester roadways, with numerous closures as a result of flooding.
