Lawmakers Kick Off 'Recycling Rangers' With White Plains Day Camp

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Westchester County legislators Alfreda Williams and Ben Boykin began the "Recycling Rangers" program on July 9 with 160 participating campers at the Bits 'n' Pieces Enrichment Camp, held at the Church Street Elementary School in White Plains.
