Westchester Historical Society Presents Sy Schulman History Award

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The Westchester Historical Society presented Bronxville historian Robert M. Riggs and Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct with the Sy Schulman History Award on June 22. Schulman, who died in 2012, was a member and trustee of the society.
