Robert Lustyik, a former FBI agent from Sleepy Hollow who was a special agent in White Plains, has pleaded guilty in a bribery case in which he agreed to steal FBI documents with a longtime friend, according to the United States Attorney's Office Southern District of New York. Lustyik pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in a bribery scheme; soliciting bribes by a public official; conspiracy to defraud the citizens of the United States and the FBI; theft of government property and unauthorized disclosure of a Suspicious Activity Report, the attorney's office said.
