Bicycle Sundays return for 2013 to the Bronx River Parkway

Participating in the Bicycle Sundays program in 2011, about 60,000 bicyclists, joggers, walkers, scooters and strollers navigated a stretch of the Bronx River Parkway from the Westchester County Center in White Plains to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers.
