Perfume Thief Evades Cops, Police Say

First, the panty thieves . Now, a perfume pirate. A man who pilfered nearly $1,000 worth of perfume from Victoria's Secret at 100 Main Street in White Plains hasn't yet been tracked down by cops, police said.
