'The Color Purple,' 'In The Heights' make local debuts this week

They hit Broadway two seasons apart, but "The Color Purple" and "In the Heights" will reach Westchester stages this week, as regional premieres of the Tony-winners open at White Plains PAC and Westchester Broadway Theatre, respectively.
