Knicks finalize D-League move; BayHawks to seek new affiliate

An announcement today by the New York Knicks made official a move reported to be in the works more than a week ago that will place an expansion D-League franchise in White Plains, N.Y. The Knicks, in the third year of an affiliation agreement with the BayHawks, will transfer their affiliation to White Plains, effective next season.
