Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. laid out part of its long-awaited four-year plan on Wednesday, saying it wants the company's profit to more than double by 2018. At the company's investor day in White Plains, N.Y., the company said it planned to accelerate growth while keeping a tight rein on costs.
