In wake of Eric Garner case, should grand jury system be reformed?

About 65 protesters demonstrate Friday in White Plains, N.Y., against grand jury decisions not to indict police officers involved in the chokehold death of Eric Garner in New York City and the fatal shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. Continuing street demonstrations in the aftermath of the Eric Garner and Michael Brown cases are forcing Americans to reflect on whether the arbiters of US justice are too often getting it wrong, and what can be done about it.
