The Westchester Arts Council will receive $76,000 in state funding for a major new exhibition called "The Festival of New Work" that will be held in White Plains. The grant was announced on Thursday by State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins as part of the 2014 Regional Economic Development Council Awards in the 35th State Senate District.
