WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The Ebersole Ice Rink in White Plains will open this Martin Luther King Day on Monday from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m for special public skating sessions. The White Plains resident admission fee is $9 for adults and $6 for children.
