Kenneth Edward Washburne, 92, Of Rye Brook; Worked At Chicago Pneumatic

Washburne was born on May 21, 1922 in White Plains to the late Rutherford B. and Edith Austin Washburne. After graduating from White Plains High School in 1939, he proudly served as a tech sergeant in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1946 in the Ordnance Ammunition 690 Order Company.
