The Mall Walk program about physical therapy and acupuncture for seniors at The Westchester in White Plains has been rescheduled from Friday, Feb. 6, to Tuesday, Feb. 10. Greg X. Gao, a New York state-licensed doctor of physical therapy and acupuncturist, will discuss how acupuncture can be an effective means of drug-free, natural healing of more than 150 disorders, as well as strengthening the immune system, preventing disease, controlling pain and reducing stress. Also discussed will be advanced deep-tissue laser therapy, which is a drug-, surgery- and pain-free method of pain relief.
