Visiting hours will be held at Sinatra Funeral Home, 315 S. Broadway for the White Plains native who was returning to his Roberts Avenue home Sunday when his vehicle was struck at the corner of Riverdale and Franklin avenues by Mario Garcia-Sura, 77, of Yonkers.
