Several high school students from Westchester County were on Capitol Hill on Monday, Dec. 8, meeting with members of the U.S House of Representatives, including Rep. Nita Lowey, R-Westchester/Rockland. The students were from schools including Congregation of Emanu-El of Westchester in Rye, Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester in Chappaqua and Woodlands Community Temple in White Plains.
