The heavy rain has resulted in the closure of portions of the Bronx River Parkway in Westchester on Tuesday morning. The parkway is closed between Old Tarrytown Road/Cemetery Road and Main Street in White Plains, resulting in stopped traffic prior to the closure and delays of up to 20 minutes.
