A group of approximately 100 protestors took to the streets in White Plains Saturday for the second straight week to protest grand jury decisions not to issue indictments against white police officers in the deaths of Eric Garner in Staten Island and Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. Protestors marched in an orderly fashion in White Plains' main shopping district during the busy holiday shopping season.
