Kayak tour NY teen wrongful death lawsuit settled

Tyler Madoff, 15, of White Plains, N.Y., was washed out to sea while taking a guided kayak tour off the southwestern coast of Hawaii island on July 4. Madoff is a member of a rowing team and is shown in a photo from his high school yearbook.
