Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, a White Plains resident and the spiritual leader of Congregation Sulam Yaakov in Larchmont, was charged with impersonating an officer after a 24-year-old woman said he pulled her over on Mamaroneck Avenue, CBS News reported.
