The Western Connecticut State University professor who was arrested on Monday, Oct. 28, in connection with having sexual contact with a 15-year-old Somers boy, was arrested in White Plains, where he was attempting to meet with an "adult male interested in another encounter," state police told LoHud on Thursday, according to a report .
