Webster Bank has filed a $3 million lawsuit against its landlord arguing that work outs at Crunch Fitness at One N. Broadway in White Plains cause windows to shake and glass doors to be displaced from their hinges among other concerns at the bank's ground-floor location at the same address, lohud reports. "State Sen. George S. Latimer's Rye home has fallen into foreclosure proceedings because Latimer has allegedly not paid his mortgage since January. Carrington Mortgage Services filed foreclosure papers against Latimer and Robin L. Phelps Latimer Dec. 12 for the house at 47 Wainwright St. Papers filed in state Supreme Court in White Plains allege that the Latimers borrowed $355,250 from JPMorgan Chase Bank in 2006 and were supposed to make $2,363.49 monthly mortgage payments until 2036.

Former Leukemia and Lymphoma Society employee Kris Sergentakis, 54, was arrested by federal authorities Thursday for alleged retaliation and stalking, according to United States Attorney Preet Bharara. Rye Hockey Celebrates 40-Year Tradition And Its Four Coaches At Playland

Before its hockey game against White Plains on Wednesday night, Rye's varsity hockey team celebrated the 40th anniversary of its founding by Coach John Zegras. Since 1974, four coaches led the Garnets' team including Zegras for 17 years, Kevin Kelly, Jason Friesen and the newest head coach, Peter Thomas.
