Webster Bank In White Plains Sues Landlord Over Fitness-Center Noise

Webster Bank has filed a $3 million lawsuit against its landlord arguing that work outs at Crunch Fitness at One N. Broadway in White Plains cause windows to shake and glass doors to be displaced from their hinges among other concerns at the bank's ground-floor location at the same address, lohud reports. Webster Bank is asking the state Supreme Court to cancel its seven-year lease and to pay rent during the course of the lease in addition to damages totaling not less than $3 million, according to the report.
