State senator and his son charged with federal crimes

WHITE PLAINS A federal grand jury sitting in White Plains on Tuesday indicted State Senator Thomas Libous, 61, of Binghamton and his son, Matthew, 32, who worked at a Westchester County law firm in early 2006.
