Panelists are Herman Brister Sr. and Ron Johnson, of East Baton Rouge Parish schools; Kenneth Fasching-Varner and Roland Mitchell, of the LSU School of Education; Derrius Montgomery, of Stand for Children Louisiana and A.P. Tureaud Jr., retired from of White Plains, New York, public schools.
