Edward Foley, 80, Of New Rochelle, Owned Ed Foley's Lounge

Foley was born Oct. 11, 1934, in White Plains, to Edward and Mary Foley. He was the owner of Ed Foley's Lounge in New Rochelle, for over 40 years.
