The festivities -- they will include a DJ, pictures with Santa and refreshments -- are set to run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event will be held at the North Castle Community Center, 10 Clove Road in North White Plains. North Castle Town Clerk Anne Curran, who announced the celebration at a recent Town Board meeting, noted that it is sponsored by the Beautification Committee of North White Plains.
