WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, a White Plains native who grew up in Dobbs Ferry and attended Ardsley High School, has invested in a mission to bring education to some of Africa's poorest children, The Wall Street Journal reported.
