County Officials Assure White Plains Its Water Is Safe

County officials assured residents in Westchester Water District No. 1, which includes White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale and Mount Vernon, that their drinking water is safe despite a complaint made by the U.S. District Attorney's Office on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency.
