Latino U College Access will hold its second annual fall benefit and fundraiser on Thursday, Oct. 30, at the CV Rich Mansion in White Plains to further its mission to help make college dreams a reality for deserving Westchester County students who will be the first generation in their families to attend college. In keeping with the theme of "Visiones: A Celebration of Art, Culture and Dreams," an art exhibition has been curated by Group Mitzli, and music will be performed by Talisman Jazz & Flamenco.
