White House Honors County Resident Teresita Wisell of Westchester Community College

The White House has honored White Plains resident Teresita Wisell, a Westchester Community College administrator, for her role as a "Champion of Change" for promoting citizenship in the workplace. Wisell was recognized at a ceremony at the White House yesterday.
