David G. Kabbes has been promoted to general counsel and managing director of corporate affairs at Bunge Ltd., effective Feb. 1. In his new role, Kabbes will report to Soren Schroder, Bunge's chief executive officer. Kabbes comes to the corporate offices of Bunge in White Plains, New York, U.S., from Bunge North America in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S., where most recently he was senior vice-president of corporate and legal affairs.
