WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The students, parents, faculty, staff and alumni of Good Counsel Academy Elementary in White Plains have finalized their relocation to Valhalla. The school, which currently enrolls students from prekindergarten through eighth grade, will relocate from the Good Counsel campus of the Sisters of the Divine Compassion in July.
