The New York Power Authority's board of trustees is expected to approve revisions to the 2003 relicensing agreement for the St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project when the board meets today. The 9 a.m. meeting in White Plains includes a resolution related to the 10-year review of the relicensing agreement.
