WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. Westchester Magazine's Food and Wine Festival, featuring the top 100 restaurants of the New York Metro area and 150 world-class wines selected by experts at Zachys of Scarsdale, will be taking place beginning Wednesday, June 3 through Saturday, June 6 in White Plains and Valhalla. The festival will feature new venues as well as new and expanded events, programs and activities.
