Kevin Salaverria, a 28-year-old White Plains resident has been charged with unlawful possession of personal identification information and offering a false instrument for filing, both Class A misdemeanors, after he used another person's drivers license on multiple occasions during traffic infractions on Monday, according to New York State Police. Police said that an investigation revealed that Salaverria was using an unsuspecting person's New York State driver's license during traffic stops in other states.
