Leaders in Westchester County are teaming up on Tuesday -- National Equal Pay Day -- for a rally at noon in front of White Plains City Hall to protest wage inequality in New York. The date April 14 signifies how far into 2015 women have to work to earn the same level of income that men earned in 2014.
