Donna Fumuso, a Westchester County employee who works in White Plains, and her niece, Lindsay Sylvester, a Greenwich fifth grader, have been selected among the Top 16 in the National Girl Scout Cookie Recipe Contest sponsored by "Taste of Home" magazine for their oatmeal raisin cookie pie. "We know we loved how it tasted," said Sylvester.
