A White Plains resident was arraigned in criminal court in the Bronx Thursday on charges that she impersonated a dentist at the practice she worked at as an office manager. Valbona Yzeiraj is alleged to have pulled teeth and performed root canals and other procedures when the practice's real dentist, Dr. Jeffrey Schoengold, was away.
