Motorists are advised that the southbound Bronx River Parkway will have ramp and road closures due to milling and paving operations at locations in Greenburgh, Scarsdale and White Plains on Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be no access to the southbound Bronx River Parkway in White Plains south of the County Center.
