Even though President Barack Obama will arrive and depart from JFK Airport in New York Tuesday, his itinerary temporarily will affect chartered flights in and out of Westchester County Airport, according to a report in the Poughkeepsie Journal . For four hours between 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., no chartered flights will be allowed in or out of the county's airport, but commercial flights will continue to operate.
