The White Plains League will sponsor its annual Candidates Forum on Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:00pm at the White Plains Public Library, 100 Martine Avenue. This year the forum is being co-sponsored by the White Plains Public Library, The White Plains Council of Neighborhood Associations and the NAACP/Greenburgh/White Plains.
