President Barack Obama's scheduled visit to New York City and Connecticut will cause travel restrictions at Westchester County Airport in White Plains on Tuesday, according to News 12 Westchester. Despite the president landing at JFK International Airport in Jamaica, Queens, both charter and corporate flights will be grounded between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. because it is within the 10-mile no-fly zone, News 12 Westchester reported.
